Calculate without an account
Choose the direction, amount and crypto asset. See estimated amounts and fees. Calculation requires no account or identity verification.

Verification
Before placing an order, create an account and verify your identity (KYC). Verify your payout wallet or bank account separately. Registration alone does not verify you.

Place an order
After verification, you can place an order in your account. The calculation does not lock the rate. Final amounts are determined at exchange.

Payment and exchange
Once your payment arrives, the exchange can proceed. You can review the terms and fees recorded on the order in your history.

Payout
We pay out only to an account or wallet you verified beforehand — yours. Every movement of money goes into a log that cannot be overwritten.

A bank, not a startup
The platform is run by a bank — an institution supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, held to capital requirements, separation of duties and audits that crypto exchanges are not.
We are not an exchange
We run no virtual crypto balances. An exchange goes straight from your wallet or directly to it — your keys stay on your side throughout.
Amounts and fees before you decide
The calculator shows estimated amounts and a breakdown of fees. Calculating creates no order and does not lock the rate.
Someone you can actually reach
A Polish company, a Polish partner bank and support in Polish. A complaint is handled by the same entity you placed the order with — no forwarding to an overseas call centre.
